Increasing Traffic In Chelsea

Chelsea is sick of getting stuck in traffic like this. People are always late to things, like work and school, because the traffic is so bad. Also the poor traffic can cause more crashes. When there are more crashes that makes the traffic even worse. There is way too much traffic, so the roads will be widened, and all that it will take is the tax rate being raised to 12% for a year. Chelsea has a problem. There is way too much traffic. It is the worst all around the high school and the middle school. When traffic gets backed up in these areas it make there be traffic everywhere. This is a problem because with all of the traffic people can’t get anywhere. Also with all of the traffic there are more crashes. This make traffic even worse. There
