Hard work would most likely support the wish to gain good grade, and also good friends. Students would perform to their best of their ability to achieve good grades and communication skills among other students (Preffer, 1997). If all members of the group stay committed, a significant group experience will occur. National survey of students’ engagement (2006) shows that this will results to higher learning and overall university success. Majority of companies expects new potential candidates to have working experience and Intelligence. Having advanced grades are most likely not enough to obtain your dream job. Company are mainly looking for candidates with excellent experience related to the job and advantaged grades at the same time (Preffer, 1997; Pascale, 1985). The university provide placements already, however this is first of all optional, and not guaranteed as there is a high competition among other students.
