Increasing Student Competency

I volunteered at the San Bernardino Restorative youth court program in which youth sentence their peers for minors delinquent and status offenses and other problem behaviors. I worked with students from elementary up to high school students. The experiences provided the the idea on students strengths and increases student competency. Have more awareness of the impact their actions have on others in their school and community.

Completing the GAIN-SS with teens provides a quick assessment to identify any areas of concern relating to substance abuse, criminal, internal, and external behaviors.
