Income inequality and discrimination is rampant throughout many societies. The problem with income inequality is that it is not a problem that can be solved without completely changing our economy. The harsh reality is that inequality is needed if not our economy would collapse. if everyone were to paid the same, that is communism. As a person that is having trouble acquiring a job in the current job market, there is obvious discrimination in the job market. A jobseeker that has connections with an active worker at the workplace or is a certain ethnicity has a higher chance of obtaining the job. Discrimination in the job market and income is not only about race and ethnicity. The discrimination comes in the way of favoritism and that is unjust
