1. INTRODUCTION
In this essay we will discuss and evaluate on the exclusion and inclusion of women in the mining sector and the impact that this has had on their career development as a whole.
Throughout the past decades of years women were not allowed to work in the mining industry. The mining has always been tagged as the men industry, but through a great deal of time that has changed. Women are now allowed to work in these men dominated industry as we are now all stated to be equal upon the law and are subjected to fair treatment.
The fact that we are living in the so called democratic world hasn’t changed how we as people see the mining industry and how it used to operate back in the days.one would say that this is because women are still exclude in some parts and included in other parts.
