EREPORT # 18797 stated the following: The incident happened various dates since Thanksgiving. Today 01/25/2016 was the latest incidentChild comes to school numerous times dirty and unclean, clothes are either too big or small and are often dirty. Hair is often times left unclean and not groomed. Child scratches her head often due to dandruff. Child has often times been touching and playing with herself and we had to call parent often to take child to doctor. She has never acknowledged going to doctor. Bus driver reports child doesn't won't to get off the bus due to various people getting her off the bus. Many the child says she doesn't know. Bus driver reports not seeing mother for days at a time. Many people living in the house and child neither often talks about at school saying she doesn't know them nor there names and wants them out. The child is Developmentally Delayed and the child's mother is low function. The high school teachers of the sibling have also called me with concerns. The parent works for ability works due to her being low functioning and there are concerns that these people are taking advantage of the mother and this family. …show more content…
She states: She doesn't know the people living with her. Pine Belt reports that they have talked to the parent on numerous times about this situation. The child reports that she stays in her room. She child reports that there are people sleeping on the floor. The child’s emotional state is crying excessively, sad, withdrawn and sexually acting out. Child has been reported itching herself and playing with herself numerous times. It was reported to her Pine Belt Counselors as well as her parent for a need to take her to doctor. Cindy Stephens, Krissy Welborn The parent is low functioning and believes that these people who have moved in her home are family. Pine Belt reports that they are of no relation to the family.
