Narrative-
On 20Nov16 at 1106 hrs. I, Deputy Halbasch, was dispatched to 12150 Hwy 71 for a report of a fight. At the time of the call, I was blocked in by a tow truck for ICR 16010553.
Dispatch informed me a vehicle departed northbound on Hwy 71 & advised Officer Yliniemi of the PRPD to watch for it. A short time later, I heard Officer Yliniemi has pulled in behind the vehicle as it stopped/pulled over before he activated his lights. I heard Officer Yliniemi stated he was out with Michael Andreoff & Jamie Super, both of whom were involved in the altercation.
I cleared from the accident and spoke with Officer Yliniemi. I was informed both Mike & Jamie stated Jamie was attacked by Elizabeth Baxa in the driveway of the home. Officer …show more content…
I was informed Mike was in contact with Tina last evening as he was dropping off property to them. Once Mike & Jamie arrived, Scott and Mike got into an argument in the driveway as Mike was not supposed to come all the way to the house. Elizabeth then stated she heard the yelling and went outside to see what was going on. Once she got out there, Elizabeth stated Mike got in her face and then used both of his hands to grab her by the neck and threw her to the ground onto her left side. Elizabeth stated at that time, Shane Pfeifer then got in between Elizabeth & Mike & words were exchanged. Tina then contacted the HCSO & Mike departed the home after the altercation in the driveway. While speaking with all the parties, I was informed of family history between all the parties. Tina, Scott & Shane were not assaulted during the altercation & witnessed the altercation between Mike & Elizabeth. Shane argued with Mike after Elizabeth was assaulted, but did not get involved beyond that point. Elizabeth stated she wished to pursue charges against Mike for assault. I obtained a recorded statement and advised all the parties of the situation and that Mike was in contact with Officer Yliniemi. I cleared from the house and spoke with Officer
