Incentive compensation dollars in the New Hire’s territory will be calculated based on the territory’s results and will be pro-rated based on the time that the New Hire has spent in the field. If the calculated payout is less than the pro-rated ICP Funding amount, then the New Hire will be paid an amount equal to the ICP Funding amount pro-rated based on the time that the New Hire has spent in the field. A Sales Representative must be in the field for a minimum of six weeks to be eligible for a pro-rated quarterly
