Inbound Logistic

Attending all core classes at the University of Michigan-Dearborn is my primary inbound logistic. Gaining all the knowledge from textbooks and professor is the raw materials that I need to start my value chain. For the operations segment is my internship because I am using my progress for my degree to help me gain the experience while in my internship. Since my internship ends in June, the outbound logistic is to start building my resume with the help of my supervisors and updating my Linked in account. To market and sell myself, I will need to start filling out applications online and networking with other Human Resource professional gain the interest of potential jobs. Having my supervisors fill out a letter of recommendation will assist with marketing my resources and capabilities that I can bring to a job. Finally, if I get a call from a potential job for an interview I will prepare myself by using the internet to research the job and have all …show more content…
The different arenas show me how the different channels and stages use my capabilities and resources to move up into a future career, receive my degree, and be a future homeowner. The core technologies are going to be a huge part of how I am going to excel at the goals that I set for myself and how I am going to market myself to others. The geographical aspect of living in Michigan is ideal because my family is here and I am still trying to achieve my goal of receiving my degree in Human Resource Management. My personal value chain will give me the differentiation advantage because I have had a long term internship that will give the experiences of being a Human Resource professional and what it takes to uphold the job. The personal value chain has lead me on a path that will motivate me to reach my full potential and show me what it takes to become an efficient Human Resource
