In the past decades, a significant amount of fast food chains have developed. As one of the most popular burger chains in the United States, In-N-Out has always followed its customer first standard and maintained stable development since it opened its first hamburger stand in 1948. Different from other fast food chains, In-N-Out does not expand its business rapidly. Nevertheless, stores of In-N-Out are always filled with people who wait patiently in line. One of the factors that lead to the incredible success of In-N-Out is its culture. According to its official website, the culture of In-N-Out is to conserve the high levels of customer service and quality standards by establishing a team-oriented environment with respect, professionalism and friendliness. All colleges have to go for providing the freshest and the highest grade foods to customers. In addition, encouraging all staffs has their goals setting. The company will provide different kinds of working trainings programs which help them to set their goals or to have opportunities toward higher positions. In fact, almost eighty percents of stores’ managers are from their bottom working level, which means hourly-paid workers. This tradition is a kind of encouragement and excitation for many employees. Finally, taking social responsibility. It committed to strengthen the relationships with all communities where their stores located. In 1995, the In-N-Out Burger Foundation was established. The main purpose was to prevent child abuse and support those organizations provide battered children emergency treatment, shelter or foster care. The establishment of In-N-Out Burger Foundation could not only feedback to community but also enhance its corporation
