In-N-N-Out Evaluation Report

Great Essays
I did four dining evaluation in this semester. First one, I went to In-N-Out, which was next to the UNLV. In-N-Out is a fast food chain restaurant locates in Southwest American primarily. Family-own American Style burger is their style. We went there during lunch hour. The parking areas were very easy to find, however it was hard to find empty parking spot available. So we parked in another plaza’s parking area. There were so many people wait in line also, it might because students just finished their classes and came to In-N-Out want to grape something to go. There only few items on the menu: hamburger, cheeseburger, milkshake, French-fries and soda. However, there were more food can be order, which were not showed on the menu, customers …show more content…
This is a fast casual restaurant. The logo of this restaurant is a dried jalapeno chili pepper. Chipotle strict followed “Food with Integrity” which means their ingredients were organic. The menu on the wall was easy to read and the pictures of food were been showed on the side, also the calories reminds customers the food they consumed was healthy. They served food like an assembly line, firstly customers chose form taco, burrito or bawl. Them next staff helped us chose from white rice or brown rice. After that, the third employee assisted customers with various of meats and sauces. At the end of the line, it is a cashier who would calculated how much money. It was very crowded in the restaurant, besides the dinning area was not big enough, so it was difficult to move around. As a fast-casual restaurant, the décor was simple but not exaggerated. It was very clean, and the restroom also. The services I received was fast, but without mistakes, which was impressive. Employees appearance very busy but still be vey patience to customers. I will return this restaurant in the future, because they use assembly line, it decreases the waiting time significantly. My experience in Chipotle was about the same with my …show more content…
This is an upscale steakhouse which served table sliced steak, spinning bowl salad and premium wines. The entrance was not that easy for us to find, and when I droved to the entrance, I thought they only can valet parking, however I found that the self-parking area was very behind, I wish they can put some visible signs near entrance in the future. Lawry’s had very nice atmosphere, candles, fresh flowers and soft music. The décor were fancy and luxury. The server seems highly trained; he was very patience introduced the menu and recommend the wine for us. Overall the service I received was impressive, and the employee’s appearance was very professional, it made me feel special and I can tell they remembered guest’s need in heart. I will absolutely come back Lawry’s in the future, not only for the delicious steak but also for the high quality service. The serviced I received was far beyond my

The atmosphere is good for couples looking for a romantic get-away and for families alike. We 've tried several meals from Redrock, and our top recommendation are their Pork chops and their Root beer float. Give them a try if you haven 't! As for the service, it 's the type of wait service where all the waiters and waitresses help one another, and they do so with efficiency and grace. Fantastic restaurant!”…

Aside from cleanliness being a restaurants top priority, the service should also be looked at with the same importance. I’ve been to very few restaurants where the service has been horrible, and Beefy’s was one of them. From the moment I walked into the restaurant the service was a big letdown. I set up the tables by myself, the server approached me complaining about his long day, and to top it off, he brought me a slice of cheese in his hand. To say the least, it was a very confusing and disappointing…
