We at in-home daycare center strive to find the best employees possible. The staff we currently have is great with our children and have a true love for child care which is a major requirement in our employment process. The number one requirement to be a part of the in-home daycare center family is a true love for children and their well-being. This is not just for the daycare professional, but for everyone on staff at our center. To be considered for employment one must have proper qualifications. One, you must have a valid CPR certification. If you do not have the proper certifications we can refer you to a service where you can complete these requirements, but a position will not be held for you. I will outline our plans through these pointers of purpose consistency, emotion, flexibility, employee involvement, loyalty and competitive awareness. Our purpose is to care for children in a way that helps them develop their individuality through the various activities of respect, workmanship, sportsmanship, dedication, learning how to govern themselves with integrity, learning how to follow so that you are able to lead and teaching others what you have learned. Our consistency will be to our parents as we continue to strive for excellence. For our staff, we are always accepting applications. We understand that life happens and sometimes it pulls us away from our normal duties and though we may not intend to leave our work undone our children still need someone to look up to. We constantly accept application also due to the fact that people change and may not want to stay in this field for their own personal reasons. That brings us to emotion, our passion is our children and although you may see some different faces here and there you can always count on our name as we have branded our name on serving your children. We as a company will continue to reach the lives of our children through our commitments to them. We will be flexible with our time schedules. As many of the competitors close at six in the evening, we have extended hours of being open until ten thirty at night due to the growing population of working parents that get off at ten p.m. We have also looked into hiring retirees so that we are able to cater to the needs of our community to achieve the goals that our parents need for their children. We have monthly meetings for our employees to meet and greet with each other over food, games and activities that teach us the same principles that we teach our children. After which, we gather to discuss the needs and/or changes
