A; These days the internet is a crucial part of teenage culture because kids can't imagine life without it. 99% of Canadian students have used the internet and 60% used chat rooms and instant messaging. The internet has given everyone a voice and they've decided to use that voice to either criticize people or make fun of them in some sort of way. Having bullies over the internet is raising suicides rates because no one can do anything about it until its too late, bullying puts people into depression. The internet is a easy way to get that across without seeing someone actually hurt face to face.

A; It is hard to tell if someone is joking or serious in an email because, we cannot see their face. We do not if they are smiling or frowning. We cannot hear the tone of their voice so we do not know if they are using an angry voice, if they are shouting or laughing.
