To identify which skills you need to improve on you must first identify and assess your skills and flaws. Create a general assessment question sheet on what skills need improvement on. Tasks should then be broken down into steps or stages which can be judged by; quality of the outcome, how efficiently you worked and how safe you were. Once you have identified the skills and knowledge you need you can seek professional help in achieving your goals and develop them.
Gaining feedback from others tells you how much others think you need to improve on your skills and knowledge. As a result of this you should be able to identify trials associated with your role at work and find areas of improvement. This also allows you to communicate with others

Evaluation of an effective team Team work theories refer to the effectiveness of a team as being dependant on various factors such as leadership, team roles, good communication etc. My team for assignment 3 and 4 was a functional team as we had factors that allowed us to work together and create a coherent report and seminar, thus creating an effective team. We were a team where leadership operated democratically. The decisions our team made affected how our team placed in comparison to the other teams in the class. The first day the that simulation began, our team payed close attention to what Dr. Clough was doing and speculated about what his purchases must have been to get his results. This may not have been the most effective way to purchase machines because there was no way to know when his next purchase was going to be. The decisions made were mostly qualitative, and based on prior assumptions. To make decisions easier on the entire group, we decided early on that if a purchase was to be made, consult the group and come to a majority vote.…

Recieving feedback is very helpful to becoming a writer. Being a writer, you are all wrapped up in your own world, in your own ideas. Recieving feedback allows others that obviously have another point of view to see what you have written from a different perspective. It gives you a chance to see how your audience would react to what you've written and of course to see what changes you may have to make in order to be a better writer. I would give my peers thet advice to let others read what they write before they publish it.…

Whether you are a part of a social group or on a group project for school or work everyone has the want and need to be included, when group members don’t feel like they have fully been accepted in to the group they can become withdrawn and anti-social which would lead them to not be a contributing part of the team. Having a diverse group of people on a team can help a team more effectively and efficiently reach their common goal. If everyone on the team had the exact same life experiences, was the same age and the same culture they more than likely would have the same general way to approach the group’s common goal. Having diversity on the team can help generate more ideas because everyone’s life experiences and cultural differences have helped form the way they think and the way that they solve problems. Roles, needs and diversity affect a group’s teamwork immensely because if members aren’t performing their specific goal and only focusing on a self-centered role the groups work will either multiply for the other members of the group or the group’s common goal might not be met.…
