Improving Reflection

Decent Essays
To fully commit to improving on my weakness, I plan on incorporating my supervisor as well as my three Staff Sergeants I supervised. I will also share my timeline for goal attainment and the above mentioned actions items with them. Furthermore, I will ask them to take notes of my actions and behaviors to assist in providing me feedback on my progress. Every 90 days for the next nine months I plan on asking for an honest 360-degree feedback from my supervisor and my three Staff Sergeants to measure progression or set-backs. I feel that including my supervisor and three Staff Sergeants is realistic because they are older and mature than your typical Lieutenant and Staff Sergeant.
