Implement the change: Once the change is approved and the project plan is modified, the change can be implemented.
For this project, five people should be on the Change Control Board, the project manager, project sponsor, team leader, IT department head, and training department head. These five members would provide a variety of perspectives on the changes, and would be able to effectively assess the proposed changes. The board should meet when one major change or a number of minor changes to the project are requested. As a group they will discuss each change and then either approve or deny
