I would like to further improve the competency domain of interprofessional communication. I would like to improve my interprofessional communication because it is an important skill to have and know how to use correctly. I feel that I need to be more prepared before communicating with other healthcare professionals to avoid speaking with excess jargon. I would like to more appropriately verbiage that is medical accurate as well as provide sensitive and informative feedback to others about their performance as a team and responding respectfully to other teams members feedback regarding my performance. With experience my interprofessional communication will continue to develop and I would like to further improve this skill during my last clinical
