You would want to determine as best you can the level of inappropriate activity because this would help being support a course of action. Next you might gather information to gain some clarity from the middle school teachers and separately have a conversation with the student about the unsettling site. The student would be notified that their technology access at school was a privilege and not a right, they would be reminded of the policy, and informed their technology privileges would be taken away until further notice. It might be appropriate to have the pastor attend the meeting if he chooses and perhaps he would address the student from a moral and ethical standpoint.
