I can identify and really agree with the fact and findings that young adults who live away from parents confront more difficult challenges but also learn more effectively to resolve problems. My family celebrated each and every one of the celebrations listed above. For examples, during birthdays, we sit down together as family and plan a surprise party and celebrate together and also make sure that most of us can make it to celebrate it. Besides, during religious holidays such as Eid Ul Fitr, my small and extended family will gathered together to celebrate and to seek forgiveness to each other, as it is the part of the tradition. In my opinion, this interdependence that is shown while we were carry out family celebrations shows that it is really important to spend our time with family or at least make time to be together. These kinds of celebrations are also one of the ways where we can teach ethnic culture and family traditions to the younger generations. Furthermore, my family also will gather and support each other during family crises such as death and illness—we visit each other and give positive words to make them feel better. These support systems from extended family can convey warmth and responsiveness. Thus, each members of the family, especially the young adults will view their parents and family
