What is work experience? Does it really important to achieve our goal? Does it benefit for a student or it just wasting their time? Work experience is a far more flexible term but normally refers to some form of temporary work placement within a company where you will work on junior-level tasks for the purpose of gaining experience and insight into the industry. Nowadays, there are many ranges of works which need skills and experience. There is some kind of job shows that even A* doesn't mean we will always get a job. Looking at another way, a person with multi-skill and experiences has success in their position. Likewise, work experience really lets some students see what their potential future career is like. It helps build understanding of the possibilities that are out there and the challenges they might face. It helps many students to be determined to achieve in their school work so that they can have the career that they want or easier to choose future job. It would be easier as what they have learned from internship will help to consider what field they should consider for the future. Moreover, the student will have a deeper understanding of how a job or business functions is. They will be able to learn advantages and disadvantages of the career. Sometimes the student might find out that it is the career that they want to be in the future, who knows? Also, work experience gives them new opportunities, to learn about something new, gaining new skills and become even more mature. Indeed, everyone knows that many of companies want to employ people who have experience and it could be a part on their resume! internships have enabled the student to learn and absorb new skills. They also grow up with quality. It made them learn how to work in a world of reality. And yet, they can have clear goals for future careers and can plan well what they should study toward to achieve their goals. Work experience would give them a lot of opportunities and the student should grab their chances. It may not be that long in a week or two weeks for an internship but what the student would get is over what should have been learned in a couple of weeks. Imagine of another step of growth when the students have learned something and it help to develop them as a person. Isn’t it the importance of work experience is valuable and needed for the student?
