In Web Analytics text (Reference #1), Avinash Kaushik discusses 10/90 rule (Pg.16). The rule is, to get maximum value from web analytics implementation, 10% of the investment should be in analytical tools and 90% of investment in intelligent resources. The rule highlights the importance of investment in the people compared to the technology in this competitive era. He believes that contribution of skilled people is the key player in the successful implementation of the web analytics rather than cutting edge technology.

The same point is affirmed in the text 3(pg. 143) that the captains, middle level managers should have iterative project management skills to adapt the dynamic market trends and validate the pilot projects. So in overall, presence of analytical skilled persons brings more advantage rather than costly analytical tools or framework in the organizations.

CONCLUSION
The ‘10/90 rule’ says to 10% in technology and 90% in people to get more advantage out of analytics in the organization. As the rule suggests, talented people stands as one of the key players in any organization success. The expert analytics personnel are required to draw meaningful conclusions from the most intelligent and advanced analytical tools, which will drive to take most profitable business
