Values make up everyone’s personality, and water has a large effect on both. In Libya and many other third world countries, there is a large shortage of clean water. For this reason, many people are sick with illnesses contracted from the dirty water, and it makes life for these people very hard. When clean water is not accessible it is hard to have morally right values to lead one’s actions because there is a much higher priority on survival than right values.
