Uniforms are expensive. Children doesn’t know how to maintain their dress clothes. Children get lazy, it’s hard to breathe, won’t be maintained, and no pride to look good. It can save money and time instead of wearing and buying collared shirts, suits, and dresses all the time, especially when trying to figure out what to wear everyday. If a workplace requires suits and dresses, collared shirts, and dress pants then it will costs a bit more money. Regardless, the workplace will also teach and/or enforce the employee to always watch how they dress and their bearing. There is no way to stop bullying unless the children and adults put in effort. Even without uniforms, people will be bullied for who they are. Uniforms are made for it’s own purposes: school is for education, work is a professional place, trying to impress someone etc. For children, they consider it boring, a threat, horror-- a reason to make them feel better than others, or another reason to hate school. While for adults, they can consider it as a classic-- the same and/or opposite sex who consider them as attractive and knowing how to dress. No matter how much anyone hates uniforms as a child, they would end up dressing in another set of uniform as grownups and will appreciate when others wear it. Even suits and dresses all doesn’t need to come in crazy colors and styles to look good-- just black and white is good enough. Just even a plain one color can look good.
