1.0 Introduction
According to explanation in Wikipedia, ethics is a study of values and customs of a person or a group that contains the analysis and employment of certain concepts, e.g. right versus wrong, good versus evil, and responsibilities. Simply say, it refers to norms for conduct that distinguish between acceptable and non-acceptable behaviors. This is due to the belief that the behaviors of one will always give impacts on the others. For example, people who speak out or take action upon a potentially criminal act committed by the others will prevent unpleasant things from happening, and at the same time, the culprit might be brought to justice. However, people can choose to remain silent instead of poking his or her nose into it. Hence, ethics is a system of moral principles affecting how people make decisions and lead their lives.

To begin, HR management is a business function that is focusing in managing relations between groups of people in respective capacity as employees, employers and managers. In operational process of the function, it is inevitably to raise questions about their responsibilities and rights in this relationship, as well as those on constitution of fair treatment. Obviously, these questions are ethical in nature that HR leaders are responsible to deal with the practical consequences of human behaviors. Despite the emphasis on moral appreciations of HR management, it is sarcastically said that the entire concept of it is actually devoid of morality.
