Transport or transportation is a very important field of activity in public life Indonesia. The importance of transport for the people of Indonesia are caused by several factors, among others, the geographic circumstances of Indonesia which consists of thousands of small and large islands, the waters of which consists of most of the sea, rivers and lakes that allow transportation is done through land, water and air to reach all regions of Indonesia. Other things that are also not as important to the needs of transportation is the need of comfort, security and the smooth implementation of a supporting transport development in the form of the dissemination of development needs, equitable development, and distribution of the results of development in different sectors to all corners of the ground water for example, sectors of industry, Commerce, tourism, and education (Muhammad, a., 1998).

Life and economic activities of a city, among others, depending on how easy the townspeople travel or mobility and how often they can do it to various destinations in the city. The main purpose of the building of a public mass transportation system and high-frequency is giving the opportunity to citizens to improve the quality and quantity of travel or its mobility is becoming more reliable, trustworthy, safe, comfortable, affordable and more economical.
