The training needs that are needed when in a workforce is that the health care workers need to have a positive attitude towards their work this will mean that they will always need to show positivity towards patients at all times as they have an important role in their job and they cannot be negative as this will affect the patients and this will also cause a lot of problems with the work that needs to be done.

Arranging the correct training is vital when working as a health worker, this is due to so many health workers have so many different rules and it is essential for them to get the correct training because if they do not receive the correct training then this could be a major problem as could cause may bad things to happen such as this could affect the patients that they are treating.
