The main uncontrollable external event in Taiwan is the striking of typhoon. Taiwan located in southeastern and it is a tropical country. Therefore, there is always (minimum) one typhoon land on Taiwan every year in summer season. The influence of typhoon can be the cancel of flights and reservations (hotels and restaurants). That can be a huge impact to the tourism, hospitality industry and other service industry due to the loss of consumer.
