In the famous novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby there are a lot of similarities and differences of how the book is relevant today. In almost every chapter of the book there is either a similarity or a difference of how the book can relate to the world today. Still ninety years later we can learn a lot from the book, things we can learn from the characters experiences. We can learn about how people are different and about how people act, how people are treated, and how money and the places we live, and the people we talk to can play such a large role in our lives.

Even today in 2015, ninety years later from when the book was written, there are tons of amazing examples of how the book is relevant to the world that we live in today. Almost every character in the book somewhat can resemble someone in the world today. There are still characters today that act like Nick, Tom, Daisy, and Gatsby. We can learn a lot from there experiences in the book. For example, we can all learn from Gatsby is that we can always get what we want, and that money can not buy everything. We can also learn that your one true love may not be the person you thought it was. From Nick we can learn never to look down upon someone, and to remember that all the people in the world haven 't had the advantages that you 've had. The setting is also another prime example of how were you live can determine what kind of person you are. And finally George, George is an amazing example of how The Great Gatsby, is relevant today. He was played by his wife that he was loyal to, just to find out that she cheated on him. Then when she dies he kills the wrong person and takes his own life.
