Tenor Career Essay

As we near the end of our junior year of high school, students at Tenor have to prepare themselves for their year at MATC. This may include continuing to work hard in our classes now, but it also includes preparing a plan to make the most of the free year of college. Thus, we have been assigned to research a career that we would consider doing in the future to learn more about it and think of an actual plan. The process involved taking personality tests to learn more about our strengths, weaknesses, and preferences, learning the basic idea of what a career entails, and developing our writing and researching skills as students. After considering what I look for in a job, my interests, and my strengths, I set my sights on researching the career of an applications software developer.
