Importance of Team Development:
When developing teams it can create happier team members to work with each other, because if the one team member is not getting along with the other memebers it can hold the task end. Team development is important in the workplace.

They start by sharing their backgrounds, interests, and their experience, then they starts to form their first impression about each other. For example: team member share what he likes about working in teams, and what tasks he did with teams and what are the outcomes of it. Then they start talking about the project, discussing the goals of the project and start to think what role they are going to play in this project. They have not started working on the project yet, but they are feeling about each other effectively.
