Team Development Importance

Working in teams can be challenging, especially that leaning to work in team is different than working in the work place. Team development is important because if the team is developed the work will be completed, there will be no unhappy team members. By developing the team it will create an effective team that is at their high level of performance. This project is explaining team development, communication in teams, and team learning. Being able to understand team development can help a lot in the work place.
Importance of Team Development:
When developing teams it can create happier team members to work with each other, because if the one team member is not getting along with the other memebers it can hold the task end. Team development is important in the workplace.
First when the team members are corporate it will have an impact to the productivity, customer satisfaction, and their performance. In addition, by developing a strong team it can reduce the stress that affects the team members.

They start by sharing their backgrounds, interests, and their experience, then they starts to form their first impression about each other. For example: team member share what he likes about working in teams, and what tasks he did with teams and what are the outcomes of it. Then they start talking about the project, discussing the goals of the project and start to think what role they are going to play in this project. They have not started working on the project yet, but they are feeling about each other effectively. During this stage the leader should clearly explain the project goals and each member role in this project.
