To my surprise, after the end of the term, my students, as well as my supervisor 's evaluation and feedback, are both very

She was very emotional before starting the course due to the thought of knowing she will fail the class. I spent hours each week working with and encouraging her until she developed the confidence that she could pass math. When the term ended, she did not just pass the class but also passed it with a B grade. That was not the end of the story. She told me that I was the first one she remembered after knowing the test result and will not miss any chance to tell me about it. There was no decision yet during the time we spoke. However, whether she gets the job or not, she is still happy because she is now able to take a math test with confidence. After we had spoken, I found myself sitting in my car for over ten minutes; teary eyed knowing I was able to change my student’s life through
