Role of teachers in child development
A child is very intelligent and active piece created by god .You can model him or her into a successful human being, just as you make statues during clay modeling . A child can be shaped up into a good and well mannered adult . Their learning capacity, ability to replicate , constructive approach,etc is wonderful . They are most innocent and obedient at early stages and thus can be taught many creative things naturally.

Some parents enjoy upbringing of kids but for some its a burden. Some keep on pushing kids and force them to do what they could not do in their life. Some allow kids to grow as they want without looking after what guidance they want . But you can always balance guidance and personal inclination of the kid to help them to blossom into a good personality. The early teachers have major concern of kids who do not eat , kids who are very shy and withdraw themselves from crowd and kids who are very naughty and could not concentrate on activity they are doing. Teachers at this juncture help them to overcome their difficulties in subjects .They also help them to shape up their personalities by providing them proper platform for performing various activities like sports indoor as well as outdoor , stage performances like drama ,dance, and music
