Having to wake up early five days a week to go to school can seem useless to many people. Believe it or not it is actually not useless to get up early and go to school for eight hours a day, five days a week. Education plays an important factor in the lives of everyone around us. Without education, the world would not have doctors, nurses, teachers, veterinarian, and more. Education is the knowledge, skill, instruction, and understanding that is received often from a school or university (“Education”). The more education earned, the more successful people in life will be.
Education plays a big role in my life. I am going to be a senior in high school. I like going to school, but every once in a while it really gets on my nerves. At times, I feel that everything I have learned in my education career is useless and that it was just to pass the time in class. I have been told all my life that I will use everything that I have learned in my education towards my future career. College is where I will have some of the harder classes to take. Even though the classes will increase in difficulty I have confidence in being able to go to college and graduate with a Bachelors degree in Nursing. Although I think going to college is a major important part of my education , most people aren’t sure if it is or no so they ask themselves why is it important to go to college is it really that important to my education? Going to college provides opportunities to those who have higher education then those who don’t (McGuire).
