Have you ever thought why people do sports? Absolutely, many people seem not to know the reasons. There are many people who do sports for nothing around us. One should not have immediate bath as it will cause burden to the body heart and lung as well as easily get sick. Secondly, one should not drink cold drinks as it will increase burden on the stomach and heart. Third, one should not take excess sugar because it will make the body feel fatigue and loss of appetite. Finally, one should not smoke after sports as it will speed up body metabolism, oxygen absorption poor and cause the body likely to feel tired.
In a nutshell, sports play an vital role in people daily lives and it cannot maintain our body performance without sports. We can conclude that there are several advantages and benefits of sports.
