Soft Skills need for integrated happy life, for trend generation. Psychosocial competence is a person's ability to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. It is a person'1s ability to maintain a state of mental well-being and to demonstrate this in adaptive and positive behavior while interacting with others, his/her culture and environment. Psychosocial competence has an important role to play in the promotion of quality of life in its broadest sense; in terms of physical, mental and social well-beings.
Soft skills are abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. Described in this way, skills that can be said to be soft

But getting a decent job in the present scenario has really become difficult as there is rise in competition for jobs. Today Companies are looking for candidates those who really possess excellent Soft skills which include interpersonal skills, presentation skills, communication skills, listening skills, group dynamics, team work, body language, confidence building etc. Soft skills will enable students with strong conceptual and practical framework to build, develop and manage teams. Undoubtedly, they play a very significant role in making students employable. Soft skills fulfill an important role in shaping an individual’s personality. It is of high importance for every student to acquire adequate skills beyond academic or technical knowledge.
