There are many types of child development. Three main area of child development are physical development, emotional development and social development. These three are of development are important for every child to be develop fully. One of the most important development areas is social development because socialization is important for children’s development of interacting with peers. Socialization does not begin at birth but it begins shortly after birth throughout adulthood. The stages that the child meet are the early childhood: autonomy versus shame and doubt and the play age: initiative versus guilt. The way Vantinrem meet the second stage of Erikson’s theory of psychosocial development is that the child is able to walk without help, get things off the shelf, feed herself, and assert herself verbally. And the way Vantinrem meet the third stage of Erickson’s theory of psychosocial development is that the child is able to play on her own. Most of the time at home the child spent her time playing on her own. Sometime while she is playing with her toys she creates a role and play out using her toys like being a mother feeding her baby. Eventhough she is fully develop according to Erikson’s third theory I believe she is still lacking a little. The child is able to communicate well at home but she find it difficult to communicate with outsider.
