Social medias are right in our lives
Audience: People who think that social medias are not useful in our lives and older persons that do not know about.
Many people think that social medias are the places where you can find bullying, nude pictures of many girls (in the majority) and places where you published about your life and “none is interested in”. However, that is not true; social medias are useful in our lives nowadays because you can use them for many things from find information to contact with your family. Many of them that are used by celebrities and famous people to promote their new projects too. For example, in Facebook you can find some of them that promote their services and products as Trivago, a website that promote good deals and CIEE Study Abroad, an International Educational Exchange, that his mission is "to help people gain understanding, acquire knowledge, and develop skills for living in a globally interdependent and culturally diverse world”. Another business that use social medias to promote their products and services is T-Mobile that in the account of Twitter called @Tmobile is promoting an offer, that is mean, if you buy an Apple Watch you can save a half if you buy a second one for a gift. As I mentioned, many celebrities promote their projects as services and products, for example, Sarah Jessica Parker (known as @sarahjessicaparker on Instagram and an international celebrity) promote on her Instagram three days ago a Serie where she has the leading role called “Divorce”. For me, if social medias did not exist I would've difficulties to talk with my families and friends and thanks to the social medias I can talk with them. It does not matter that I'm in the United States and they're in Spain, and I can't talk with them whenever I want. For example, with Skype, I can do a live video, and I can see them in real time while I'm talking with them. With Facebook, I can see what they post, so I can see the picture that my sister posted when she was visiting London. Three months ago, I was going back to Spain, and on my way, I spent one day in New York, so I decided to go on a tour. Thanks to WhatsApp, I could do a video call with my mum while I was on tour looking at Central Park and the Empire State among others, so she could see to each place that I visited. I could post a picture on Instagram, so I could let my friends see where I was and what I was visiting. For me, thanks to social medias my life is more comfortable because I can imagine my life in the US without talking with my family each day as I do. And you, can you imagine a life in another city, far away from your family and friends without a social media to keep your contact with them?
There will always be people that don't see that social medias are useful in our lives. At least there is a new person each day that see the value of
