Social impact assessment helps for the project to become successful and even reduce cost in the long-term basis by preventing harm and removing unnecessary activities (Burdge & Vanclay, 1996). Moreover, the obtained analysis can be used in further projects. Another importance of SIA is that it helps people to experience less stress. For example, when one lives near the project being developed, he will be concerned about the impacts of this project. However, if SIA team introduces that person into the process, his doubts will decrease and perhaps even the results of SIA will be more accurate due to the person’s involvement
