Rules Of Pacifica Analysis

Rules:
In Pacifica, citizens are required to go to school starting at the age of four. If they are not smart or strong enough they get kicked out of the society which means the citizen has to go to an island nearby where there is a rehabilitation center and for strong and smart citizens, they continue their lives as a normal student. When the student is 18 they graduate and go to the military for 2 years. After the military, the citizen should find a job and get married. When citizens get married the society offers them a villa and the villa’s size is based on what job citizens have and how smart citizens are. All citizens are required to have hoverboards starting at the age of ten.Pacifica has four leaders Aya Oqaidi, Ali El Jerari, Amine Chahoui, Elias Boughzala. To change a minor rule citizens have to go to the recommendation center where they recommended something, at the end of the month the co-leaders have a meeting and discuss the changements , but it has to get approved by the four leaders then the rule can be changed. It takes about a year to change a minor rule. If it was a major rule then the citizen would go to the important section of the recommendation center the citizen should write their problem,and put in in the changement box. At the end of the month, the four leaders collect it and see it . The leaders discuss the pros and cons of changing the rule and they observe the society to see if the rule is beneficial.They meet three times a week for two years. If the four leaders reject the recommendation then the society is no longer allowed to recommend it again. If they accept the rule it is forbidden to go back as it was
