At a mere five weeks old, Felix and Dora were found shivering in a ditch alongside a road in the Blue Mountains, New South Wales. A kind couple had spotted them and began slowly approaching the stray kittens. This year, RSPCA received 133,495 animals in their animal shelters and adoption centres across Australia.
The RSPCA wholeheartedly believes that animals must be treated humanely. Where the natural home of an animal once was, buildings now stand and roads have been paved. The RSPCA believes that when humans use animals or enter their habitats, they should be give the same care appropriate to other humans.
