Immediately our lives will change for the better. Our mistakes are caused first of all by our selfishness and by ourselves. If we stop blaming others, and think only for ourselves, we attract effortless serenity and joy. We must, assume our responsibilities, and see our opponents without envy and realize that they are not the cause of our errors and our troubles. Opponents, in fact they are a true reflection of our defects revealing our weaknesses, which is what we have to improve for our lives.
At the base of the change there is always the assumption of responsibility, which requires to work hard and to remember the negative experiences.
