Throughout my undergrad, I had the pleasure of being in quite a few management/leadership positions within the various clubs and organizations that I was involved with. I have taken on rolls that have increased my leadership skills and have worked with people who maybe needed some more work in regards to their leadership skill set. My experience includes, Managing Editor of the Spector, President of the Public Relations Student Society of America, Congressman of the Student Government Association, and currently I am an Assistant Manager of the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union on campus. Given my experiences, one would think that I am efficient in both management and leadership, however that is not the case.

This was my first experience in a leadership roll, at least on a professional level. The SGA has not always had the best reputation campus wide but it opened the doors to me becoming a leader and pushed my to become someone who could be capable of being someone that others could look up to. I was attended quite a few conferences, which were based on leadership in a college and real world setting. I was even chosen to attend a conference at Texas A & M because those on the executive board at the time saw the potential in me and decided to invest in the potential leader that they knew I could become if I just had a little help. This was the beginning of my professional leadership path.
Now lets jump into my first real leadership experience. When I say jump I mean literally. I declared my major as Journalism and Public Relations and decided to get evolved with the Public Relations Student Society of America, Edinboro chapter on campus. I went in that first meeting and they expressed their need for a treasurer. By the next morning I had taken the seat on the executive bored. This time was spent doing the obvious work of a treasurer but
