Individuals can have personal evaluation through lifelong learning in terms of assessing and analysing their strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats (SWOT analysis). Organisations works on and put efforts in order to makes sure that their mission and purposes are met and these objectives should be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound), this is implemented through assessing expectations and qualities needed from the staff that works for achieving the objectives of the organisation.
