The paper will highlight the objective of personal developmental skills that is necessary for professional development. The assignment will focus on both professional and personal skills that are needed for achieving organisation success. Individuals can have personal evaluation through lifelong learning in terms of assessing and analysing their strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats (SWOT analysis). As my major strength is having the capability to have good learning skills, being ambitious and friendly with great power of communication, my major weakness is I get stressed out and panic on certain situation especially when I’m tired however I try to keep myself under control by having enough sleep and giving break along with this doing some physical exercise like Yoga is good for reducing stressing and this minimise my stress issue, opportunities are coming in my way with continuing my education and threats are present in terms of money due to …show more content…
It also works as training for an individual to better present a task assigned by the director and other managers of the company and in front of other companies as well.

a) Evaluate own current skills and competencies against professional standards and organisational objectives
Organisations works on and put efforts in order to makes sure that their mission and purposes are met and these objectives should be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound), this is implemented through assessing expectations and qualities needed from the staff that works for achieving the objectives of the organisation. They require skilled staffs that show potential ability to learn and reflect leadership expertise, as team players and have time management skills.

NHS Objectives
As I’m working for NHS, therefore the major objective of the organisation is to:
• Provide wide service range to the patients
• Shaping up their services along with the preferences and needs of every individual patients, their care takers and families
• Responding positively to difference requirement and needs of population living in same
