Writing and reading have always come easy to me in school; whether reading to write a book review for the class or reading for the AP exam, I have excelled with high honors and the highest remarks from the faculty on my writing and style. English has always been one of my best subjects. Most of my english teachers were pretty impressed with my writing skills and with my advanced vocabulary for my age. My 9th grade english teacher even thought that I should get into writing, whether as a blogger or as an journalist. I had just written an essay demonstrating the effects of how surrounding showcase one’s own personal strength. The main focus was Anne Frank. However, this did allow me to explore other ways to write and other was to angle my argument to make a point. This one teacher, although tough and challenge was a way for me to not only grow with my own writing, but to in other writing styles that I didn 't know I was capable of doing. I have always been tough to follow the five-paragraph essay format and to have distinct C-E-I sections to my essays. This teacher allowed me to break that format and to weave the evidence and interpretation to make a stronger argument. Although this was the first year I was not praised and showcased as the star writing, I was allowed to develop and learn to make myself better. I have the ability to learn further and I welcome the challenge that is ahead of me, which is why English 101 honors is the best fit to challenge my writing and my ability and to
