My MBA Program Analysis

Many people decide to go back to school to receive a Master’s degree for multiple reasons. I actually had a hard time developing personal measurable goals for my MBA program. While I have been exposed to different small businesses operations over the last eight years I have been working, I recently have been exposed to the complexity of large business. Personally, I just truly want to learn more and how to be better at what I am doing each day. The classes I will take that are specifically designed for a Six Sigma certificate will also be measured through the grades I receive. I want to comprehend Six Sigma techniques and how it relates to my job and the future jobs I wish to have. This will allow me to be efficient in my role and provide …show more content…
Decision Making and Problem solving tend to come hand in hand however I am a much better problem solver than a decision maker. Problem solving describes that you already know the problem and need a solution, however decision making sometimes is more unclear. I hope to gain more analysis development to verify that the decisions I will need to make in the future will be accurate and correct for all involved. By having more knowledge of the larger picture I know all the facts can be interpreted appropriately and I will feel more comfortable making decisions. The knowledge and understanding I will gain while obtaining my MBA will help me to be able to run a successful business while continuing to work my regular job. Although I have not decided what specific type of business I wish to enter, learning more about the different types of business’s will help make my decision more clear. The program will help me to collect my thoughts and compose an idea that will develop into a plan that will work for the industry I choose to enter. This goal may take longer to measure however by the end of the program I hope to be closer in choosing the avenue in which I want to
