My Strongest Areas In The Workplace

Improved Essays
My strongest areas are responsibility, reading, problem solving, getting along with others, and organizing. The rest is a great thing to learn about. It makes you really think about yourself. It also shows me what I need to work on and the areas needed the most. such as math, speaking, research, adapting to change, and last will be management. Those are my weakest areas and I really need to take into consideration what it is that I need to work on. I did learn something new I learned that I did not completely know myself as I thought I did. I learned that I am not good at everything and there are some things that needed to be worked on more instead of just settling and there are areas that can be worked on also. The things I need to work on are not in effect in what I want to do in life. I want to become better within myself. This is why I am taking this course serious and I am working on making things better. My biggest weakness is management, I was once a supervisor and I was the best supervisor ever. However, I was taken advantage of because I was the nicest one. Everyone had told me that was because I was not as strict as the others and I was letting things slide that I shouldn’t have. I just wanted to treat them how I wanted to be treated when I was an employee. I would love to work on that majorly because I don 't ever want to be as nice as I was and taken advantage of. …show more content…
