The Strength Based Leadership listed thirty-four insightful strengths of leaders, after the assessment, my five strengths were concluded to be relator, responsibility, strategic ideation and achiever. When making decisions weather personal or professional I make sure that I analyze the pros and cons. One of the key moments, experienced being analytical was making a decision to move from one state to another I had to think about how it could affect my life in the short term as well as the long term. My interpretation of ideation as a leadership skill is being able to interpret seemingly complicated and challenging situations and forming simple answers and clarifications.
