My Grandpa, always smiling… probably because he can’t hear what you are saying. My Grandpa A.K.A. Papa Jostes, is the best man I know. He is the sweetest, nicest, and most caring. Papa Jostes is always there for me no matter what. Anytime I needed anything he would be there. He would drive me to all of my soccer games. Always supporting me no matter if I had a bad game. Papa Jostes always taught me about Christ, who he is and everything he has done for us. He always gave me money even though I didn 't deserve it. He is the sweetest, nicest, and most caring.

My grandpa said to me one day “ You are my favorite grandchild, but don’t tell anyone because they might be mad at me”. Everyone knew that he liked me best probably because I use to brag about it and it was pretty obvious. My oldest sister Maryssa would get mad and jealous about it, even though she would never admit it now. Jessica would just say well grandma likes me most even though we are all sure grandma like Bella most. In middle school and Jr. High, my grandpa would pick me up whenever I needed him to. He would usually pick me up at my best friend 's house, soccer or sometimes from basketball. He was always happy to do it and he never complained. My grandpa would pay me $20 dollars a week to mow his lawn. Not on one of those push mowers but on a mower where you get to sit down and drive it. I probably only should have gotten paid $10 a week and my grandpa most likely knew that but he still wanted to give me money just because. My grandpa and I have a bunch of history. I think our friendship started when my whole family and my grandparents were walking a trail and my grandpa got left behind because he is a little bit slower than all of us, so I stayed behind with him so he would have someone to walk to. I remember how happy he was that I did that and his smile was so big it went from ear to ear. That 's when I knew that he was just more than a grandpa to …show more content…
My grandpa has shaped me for the best. He was always sharing stories about how the lord is always there for you and he would tell me his stories about Christ. Every month he would give me a devotion book for that month. After church each Sunday he would take me out to eat with my grandma. After every soccer game he would tell me good job no matter how bad I played. He would never yell at me at discourage me. He would support me no matter what. I think that has helped me in many ways and not just with soccer. From my grandpa always encouraging me and believing in me I know I can believe in myself to do whatever I put my mind to and as long as I trust in the lord and walk life with

I became head of the prom comity along with student body president, hoping to make a difference. I couldn't think of anything better than having the roll as a leader in my school, until I began to wear out.…

This person was always kind to everyone she met and she was always there for me and for all her friends. She did lots for Ludington like help with the Fourth of July parade, the boat show, and she made sure everything worked and was good down at sportsman, Barley and Rye, and the Mitten Bar. But I don't know what I would do if my grandma was never alive. I have many times that I love about my grandma like any time my dad and my step mom would fight she would always be there to take me and my brother to go get ice cream or something so that we don't get involved in all the arguing.…
