Not having a father growing up was hard my dad left when I was three years old. My mother is such a strong woman because she didn’t complain she just did her best and raised us to the best of her ability. My mom is a nurse and she works eight hours shifts everyday while raising three children that’s incredible to me. She always told me and my brother how you should treat a female and how to be a gentleman. I’m thankful for all these traits. My mother is also living out her dream job as being a nurse she always wanted to be a nurse when she was a child she use to tell us stories about when she was a little kid and wanting to be a nurse and take care of patients. My future is so bright because of them I feel like my success goes to them for how they raised me and the traits they installed in me. I feel every child should have a hero or some type of role models growing up and seeing people who do things the right way in life. Success is what you make it. Seeing what they have come to be as to inspirational role models or heroes to me has been a pleasure. I hope one day I can be the same role model to my future children that I will have as I get older. The sky is the limit to life hero’s don’t have to be a relative it could be someone who just guides you in the right direction in life and inspires you to never give up and want more out of life. They showed me that you don’t need although not having a male father figure around that you still can be a better men and person by being taught by a female presence. I am thankful for all that they do for me and the knowledge that I have gained as I am in college and still on the course to pursue my dreams.
