I used to believe that only salary and pay packages drive the motivation quotient of an employee in any organization. I decided to take a break from my work life and went on Leave without Pay to prepare for my Management competitive exams. I worked hard for 2 months and managed to get a decent score in GMAT exam. Then again I was in a dilemma to pursue my management studies abroad or in India. This dilemma persisted for long and in turn led to fall in my motivation to go for management studies abroad. So gradually I decided to join work back and let the time decide what my future course of action would be. Gradually as I started working again, I could find back my motivation to pursue my MBA as I again had landed myself in the same work environment where I could not find satisfaction.
